Past Lives is a 26,000 sq ft makerspace with state-of-the-art facilities in woodworking, blacksmithing, welding, and metal casting; textile arts, stained glass, screen printing, CNC and 3D printing; leatherworking, and more!We host art galleries and events, public art classes, and offer private studio spaces for rent. A licensed contractor with an in-house Design & Build team OR CCB# 243853, our mission focuses on supporting formerly and currently incarcerated artists. 
For potential clients commissioning art or industrial prototyping, we're a one-stop-shop for any custom fabrication project; and for local artists and craftsmen, we provide the collective resources to flourish through creative collaboration. Our Guild Hall houses the physical means and collective spirit to invest in a rewarding, sustainable career in the arts and industries.
We have space for you. This is an non-exhaustive list of available private studio spaces. Our makerspace is modular and we are flexible: we went out studio space by the square foot and we have spaces available in many area of our facility: upstairs with lots of natural light in our open communal space (great for painters, fabric artists, seamstresses, and fine artists); and downstairs closer to the woodshop or metal working facilities. We also have a limited number of fully enclosed studio rooms.
