Office For Lease
Part of the future Santa Clara Gateway office campus of 6 buildings totaling 920,000 SF. The project will be developed in two phases, with Phase I estimated to break ground 2012 and deliver 2013. Phase II breaking ground in 2013 and deliver in 2014. The City of Santa Clara owns the ground lease, the Irvine Company paid more than $30 million on a ground lease for 75 years. LPA, Inc and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners are the architects. Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company is the general contractor and Culp & Tanner, Inc. is the project engineer.
