We worked in consultation with the NYS Historic Preservation Office and National Park Service to restore the building for designation on the National Register of Historic Places. Exterior work included replacing the existing windows with new windows that matched the historic windows removed by a previous owner. Interior work includes the preservation of an historic staircase and elevator, restoration of original hardwood flooring and wood ceilings.
