ADA ACCESSIBILITY: An ADA bathroom is located on the main floor and there is a wheelchair designated parking space with a ramp providing accessibility to the front door. A furnished room is available on the main floor when clients cannot access their appointment on the second floor/stairs only.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET: Private high-speed internet (fiber optics) is included with the leasing fee, up to 100 megabits per second (Mbps) bandwidth per tenant - need to supply own modem. 

SECURITY: Exterior video surveillance and intrusion detection alarm system.

CONFERENCE ROOM: A large conference room that can accommodate up to 16 people is available for weekday use without charge and for rent for community events. Adequate counter space is available for food serving with an oversized fridge located next door.

WAITING ROOMS: Plenty of space is available on the main floor.

APPROPRIATE USE: Professional counselors, massage therapists or similar quiet uses.	

PARKING: Ten parking spaces for client use are at the back of the building.  A large pay for use parking lot for tenants is across the street. 

OTHER FEATURES: Bus service is half a block away. Saturday Market and Fifth Street Market are within close walking distance and other downtown amenities are close by.
