We are looking for someone to take over functional office and warehouse space. Great for shipping/storage. Clean and safe environment to work. Current lease expired 1/31/21 but landlord would consider longer term to qualified tenant. Prospective tenant must be approved by landlord and take over existing lease or execute longer term lease. Landlord typically requests 2 or more years with tenancy. We no longer ship from our location so will move to dedicated office space once tenancy has been approved. Great location!
