After purchasing this building two years ago, we are proud of what has been accomplished so far!
Approximately 275 people visit the building daily. In the past year, seven new tenants have moved in! We recently opened up a snack and coffee shop to serve tenants and visitors breakfast, coffee, snacks and lunch. On May 1st we opened a gym for free tenant use. Plenty of parking on site, lounge and meeting area in lobby and conference room for daily rental use.
We have a mix of service, health, non profit, governmental and small business tenants in our building. Our current tenants include The Arc of Orleans, Rainbow Preschool, Catholic Charities, a doctor' s office, a dentist, a chiropractor, a church, a reproductive health clinic, a massage therapist, a hearing aid company, a county housing provider, a mental health service provider, a nurse training company, a child services agency and a well known utility company.
This former town Hospital was converted to offices in the early 1990's and has continued to be a center of community in Albion NY. According to the NYS DOT, The stretch of road that the building is on gets the most traffic in town, with 5,610 daily cars passing by.
