Rivergate Flex Warehouse Park (Rivergate FWP) is a brand new Class-A Small Bay Flex Warehouse park. Rivergate FWP will be ready to occupy tenants in Q1 of 2026 with up to 12 spaces available to lease. Spaces vary from 1,500 SF 2,200 SF with divisible walls allowing a tenant to occupy a whole building totaling up to 8,800 SF if desired.
