Welcome to The Russ Building, designed by architect George W Kelham in 1926 as a Neo-Gothic, 31-story, 530,000-square-foot office building that was the tallest building west of Chicago until 1963. Kelham was also renowned for his Federal Reserve Bank Building on Sansome Street, the Standard Oil Building on Bush Street, and the Pacific Telephone Building on New Montgomery Street.
