At The Mill, we recognize the importance of flexibility, which is why we offer versatile work environments and adaptable membership plans to accommodate various budgetary requirements. The Mill at Market West, formerly the Nemours Building, now boasts 65 offices, some with private terraces on the third floor. Additionally, we offer 28 Dedicated Desks to cater to diverse working preferences. The Mill also manages the 221-seat auditorium at Theater N that shows arthouse films weekly and can be rented by Mill members for meetings and events utilizing the state-of-the-art digital projection and sound system.
