This building was constructed in 1953 and is internally divided into four areas:  two store fronts facing the street, a large work area in the rear, and a secure open space that houses a backup generator.  

Originally, the building housed a locksmith for some fifty years.  The secondary store front was used as a beauty salon, gift basket manufacturing and assembly facility, and later as a mortgage company.  In 2011, the building was completely renovated.
