Idaho Department of Water Resources # 43-2292, 43-2293, 43-4151, Irrigation from 3.15 to 11.15 with a total of 8.4 CFS, will be conveyed with the property. Seller’s reserve the right to reject any offer, accept one, or multi-counter back to multiple Buyers. All offers are contingent upon Sellers final approval.
