Description

Ajo Center, located at the SEC of I-10 & Ajo Way (aka US 86) at Kino Corridor in Tucson, AZ. Currently, Bass Pro Shops is under construction. Ajo Center is also located next to the Kino Sports Complex, which is also undergoing significant expansion, and the Banner Hospital at Kino. Mosaic Quarter, a large entertainment and sports complex, is being developed directly across I-10 from Ajo Center.

Raising Canes and Rudy’s Real Texas BBQ Restaurant are now open. In Ajo Center there are three PADs fronting Ajo Way available for ground lease or BTS. Parcels 4 and 5 are available for purchase.
