Andco is a unique co-work space designed for the passionate and the productive, complete with all the essentials of running a business.

Andco flows, members enter into the lounge, which serves as Andco’s heart. Flooded with natural light, members recharge at the stand up bar and cafe boasting local artisanal MODCUP Coffee and NJ Beer Co on tap. The lounge is the focal point for our programming.
Programs include:
Breakfast Social: Thursday morning members gather for a breakfast social with delicious healthy eats provided by Frankie restaurant.
Happy Hour: Fridays, we host a happy hour from 5-7 pm featuring delectable goods from CoolVines and various local businesses.

When members need a moment to recharge, they head to the furnished terrace for some sun or check out a book from our curated library and head to the wellness room. We partnered with WORD (the bookstore on Grove St and Newark Ave).

We offer multiple packages catering to all business needs - from the freelancer to those requiring a dedicated desk or private office. All memberships give access to the basic amenities needed to run your business, including mail service, conference rooms, lounge, self-service café, private outdoor terrace, wellness room, programming, and events. We are conveniently located two blocks from the Grove St. PATH.
