The property consists of a state-of-the-art biomanufacturing facility. It was completed in December 2001 as
a monoclonal antibody and buffer prep manufacturing facility to produce HIV diagnostic kits. It features 7,500 square
feet of clean room area, 1,200 square foot quality control area, including a BL3 laboratory, roughly 5,500 square
feet of warehouse, shipping and loading dock space, a 2,000 square foot lounge/training area, administrative/office
space, 650 square feet of cold storage and roughly 1,500 square feet of kit assembly and packing area.
