Clients select you from the keypad and a call is placed to you so that you may safely let them into the building. Each office suite has an individual locked entry/keypad for additional privacy. Within the building, there is also available on the main level, a common area kitchen and two bathroom for clients. On the second floor, two additional bathrooms for clients. On the lower level, a conference room is available for shared use.
There are no additional CAM charges. All utilities are included, water, sewer, gas, electricity, heat, A/C and Verizon Fios high speed Wi-Fi. If you wish, a prospective tenant may also connect an additional VOIP / telephone line, both Verizon Fios and Xfinity / Comcast are in the building. Of course, a tenant may continue to use individual cell phones and connect to the Wi-Fi already provided as part of the in building amenities.
On street parking is available. There is an abundance of parking, so that is never an issue for staff or clients. The PATCO high speed line Haddonfield station parking lot is directly across Kings Highway. Since COVID, parking lots are never full. Monthly parking passes are available for a nominal fee for prospective tenants and staff. Clients and other visitors can always find available street parking or if they arrive after 10:00 o’clock in the morning, parking is available in the PATCO Haddonfield station parking lot for no charge.
