If you wish, a prospective tenant may also connect an additional VOIP / telephone line, both Verizon Fios and Xfinity / Comcast are in the building. On street parking is available.  There is an abundance of parking, so that is never an issue for staff or clients.  The PATCO high speed line Haddonfield station parking lot is directly across Kings Highway.  Since COVID, parking lots are never full.  Monthly parking passes are available for a nominal fee for prospective tenants and staff.  Clients and other visitors can always find available street parking or if they arrive after 10:00 o’clock in the morning, parking is available in the PATCO Haddonfield station parking lot for no charge.
