Bullseye Building is an adaptive reuse of a circa 1900 tannery in the burgeoning Ostend Street corridor between Federal Hill and M&T Bank
Stadium. The original structure is constructed of heavy timber beams with brick walls and yellow pine floors. Working with these historic features, Himmelrich Associates has carefully renovated the building into modern office space offering a range of private office suites and a new 14,500 square foot co-working space - The Bullseye Business Center.
