Property Overview
10 Guest Rooms – Each clean, comfortable, and identically furnished for easy turnover. Every room features two double beds, nightstand with lamp, wall mirror, dresser, mini fridge, microwave, and full-length mirror on the bathroom door. All rooms have showers (no tubs) and seasonal air conditioning.
Owner/Manager’s Quarters – A private attached apartment with a queen bedroom, kitchen, full bath, two clothes dryers, and office space with computer, printer, and online reservation system.
Guest Amenities – Granite countertops in baths, newly paved parking lot (2023), fountain, hot tub, small dock with 4 kayaks, sandbox, outdoor grills, picnic tables, outdoor shower, and Keurig coffee in the office.
Modern Operations – Security cameras inside and out, electronic keypads that can be operated remotely, and a custom-built online reservation platform (developed by the current owner, a software engineer).
