Below our second floor sublet spaces are the recording booths and mixing rooms behind some of your favorite television shows and iconic advertisements. Located in a historic complex filled with artists and agencies, this colorful modern office is the perfect spot. Enjoy all-day Santa Monica sunshine with its vaulted ceilings and large skylights. Collaborate with your crew over ping pong and lounge with clients on our comfy couches. The open concept kitchen means lunchtime during crunchtime. Two offices provide a great closed-door space for executives or management and the recently renovated conference room will easily fit your whole team. Spaces can be sublet individually or packaged together. You'll also have our front desk assistant to receive clients and forward calls, as well as access to our coffee and snack bar.
