Description of Coworking Space

Venture X Richmond, located at 1806 Summit Avenue, offers 23,000 square feet of shared and private workspace in a professional, productive environment in the heart of Richmond’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood. The workspace is beautifully designed for efficiency and provides inspiration daily. Venture X Richmond offers conference rooms and complimentary coffee and snacks in the café. Additionally, large event and lounge spaces are available for use by members, and Venture X routinely hosts networking gatherings. 
   
1806 Summit Avenue underwent a full renovation in 2019, featuring soaring, exposed ceilings with a saw-tooth roof design that provides natural light. The space is outfitted with high-end furniture by Herman Miller, and the offices and desks include ergonomic chairs. Meeting rooms, available on a reservation basis, are equipped with TVs, a built-in computer, and all necessary audio/visual hookups. Other amenities include a print/copy machine, secure mailboxes, virtual offices, and notary services. 


Venture X Richmond is within walking distance of breweries, local eateries, arcade bars, and boutique shops. In addition, The  Diamond, home of the Flying Squirrels baseball team, is within less than a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of transportation options for car-free commuters: a 10-minute walk to The Pulse bus rapid transit, a seven-minute walk to an RVA Bike Share station, and a five-minute drive to the Interstate 195 on-ramps, with off-ramps just around the corner.
