Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation runs Innovation Station Business Incubator, Accelerator and International Soft landing Center. As part of this economic development program (www.pgcedc.com/innovation-station/), PGCEDC provides both small (100 sq foot) and large office (200 sq foot suites) fully furnished offices for rent to member participants. ISBI also provides co-working and virtual office with mail facilities available for rent. Small offices in Innovation Station Business Incubator, Accelerator and International Soft Landing currently rent for $400 a month for a small office and $700 a month for a large office and come furnished with desks, filing cabinets, phones and chairs. Companies also have access to two shared conference rooms with smart boards to enable hybrid meetings, a shared kitchen area, shared copier, mail room, and an open area for business related presentations to staff and clients. Ideal member tenants have a novel or tech enabled product or service offering and are working to grow and scale their business. Offices are located within a secure locked door area.
