Freyja Charleston is a health and wellness co-working space and we are looking to add a full time professional to room 3.  

We currently have an esthetician, massage therapist, and licensed mental health therapist. 

Room 3 is approximately 100 square feet and available April 1, 2026 - November 30, 2027 for full time occupancy.  Room 3 includes a ceiling fan, personal key code for entry into main office, access to common areas, use of mini fridge and hooks in my personal office, wifi, security camera of the hallway leading to all interior office doors, ample parking and more. This room does not come furnished, and is  $800 a month, with a $800 security deposit.  

Subtenants are responsible for their private office space maintenance and cleaning,  and are responsible for removing their own business and client trash. A dumpster is located on the premises. Subtenants are responsible for paying their own agents commission fee, if they decide to work with a realtor.
