Freyja Charleston is a health and wellness co-working space and we are looking to add a full time professional to room 3 and a part time professional to room 1.
We currently have an esthetician, massage therapist, and licensed mental health therapist.
We cannot accept applications from estheticians due to a non-compete clause in room 2’s contract. We also do not have plumbing for hair or nails.
However, professionals can include the following:
Acupuncture
Pelvic Physical Therapy
Massage therapy
And more
Room one is approximately 120 square feet, and includes a ceiling fan, personal key code for entry into main office, access to common areas, use of mini fridge and hooks in my personal office, wifi, security camera of the hallway leading to all interior office doors, ample parking and more.
Room 1 is currently used as a massage therapy space and I am looking for a roommate to share a turn key space that includes a Earthlite Ellora XL hydraulic table.
Lease in a minimum of 6 months, with $600 deposit due at lease signing. The office is currently being used full time by me and I am able to accommodate a lease at any time. The lease would be weekly on Tuesday and Thursday's for $600 total a month. This incudes use of all the furniture in the room, and all common space. Just bring your own sheets and professional supplies for the day and start serving your clients immediately.
Room 3 is approximately 100 square feet and available April 1, 2026 - November 30, 2027 for full time occupancy. Room 3 includes a ceiling fan, personal key code for entry into main office, access to common areas, use of mini fridge and hooks in my personal office, wifi, security camera of the hallway leading to all interior office doors, ample parking and more. This room does not come furnished, and is $900 a month, with a $900 security deposit.
