Description of Coworking Space

One Liberty Place is a 58-story trophy office tower occupying a key site in the very heart of Center City Philadelphia.  This granite and glass structure, designed by Helmut Jahn of Murphy/Jahn, was the first phase of Liberty Place, a 3,000,000 sf urban center of historic scale and significance.  Liberty Place includes two 1,200,000 sf office towers at 1650 Market Street and 1601 Chestnut Street, as well as 125,000 sf of retail specialty shops and restaurants, the 300-room St. Regis Hotel, and a 750-car underground parking garage.Liberty Place is situated in one of Philadelphia's key locations.  It is in the very midst of the metropolitan area's most significant concentration of high-rise buildings, and two blocks from the geographic and civic center of the city. One Liberty Place is located in Philadelphia's most prominent, prestigious and recognizable office tower in the heart of Philadelphia.
