Interstate Exchange is a 31-acre multi-parcel commercial development located on Interstate 16 at Highway 80. 

Phase I included a Pilot travel station, Zaxby's, and WoodSpring Suites. We are bringing Phase II to market which includes 2 7-to-8 acre sites that can be subdivided to accommodate smaller uses. 

The Project sits directly across the interchange from Hyundai's Metaplant, a $7.6B investment already employing several thousand workers and projected to grow to 8,100 at full operation. In addition to the Metaplant, there is appx. 16M SF of industrial development at this interchange, bringing in thousands of day time employees looking for meals and retail amenities.
