Graded site with area that can be used as a data center of power generation site.  The site has power lines on the property that can be used to re-boost the power to the site.  The substation will have to be re-built as it was dismantled however there is a plan in place to generate up to 650 MW of power within 24 months.  Additional land will be available for other uses within 12 to 24 months estimated for other power generation, solar, or other potential uses.
