We are offering a subleasing opportunity for a modern medical space in the Mission Bay Area of San Francisco. Our established hair restoration clinic is looking for a tenant from a similar field such as a plastic surgery, medical spa, or dermatology, but we are very much flexible on medical use of the space. Rent and term of lease to be discussed upon request. We have two non-shared and non-furnished rooms available: 

Consultation Room/Office - This room is perfect for appointments with patients and/or administrative activities with a built in closet. 
Operating Room - This room is ready to be set up for procedures/medical appointments. Room comes included with a mounted television and sharps disposal. 
Additional access: 
Autoclave and sterilization room. This room has shared access to the autoclave and sterilization room for used equipment and instruments 
Waiting Area: This room has shared access to couches and complimentary coffee/water for patients as they are waiting.

Requirements: 
Tenants must have their own staff to manage patient check-ins and daily operations. 
Flexibility in scheduling is important in order to accommodate both practices. 

Parking: 
Convenient parking options are available across the street starting at $5 per hour. 
There is addition 2-4 hour street parking available for patients and staff
