Anchored by Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Harbor Freight, Goodwill, and Dollar General, it has provided a solid location for value oriented retailers since the center first opened for business in 1986. It has 21,000 square feet of retail space targeted to smaller tenants. The primary access to the center is a full movement interchange with a stoplight at the corner of Highway 5 and Highway 20.
