We are seeking a co-developer for a Student Housing Opportunity Adjacent to the University of Evansville
We are evaluating the development of a new student housing community located immediately adjacent to the University of Evansville at 14 and 18 South Weinbach Avenue and 17 South Lincoln Park Drive. The assembled site offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, purpose-built student housing within walking distance of campus, designed specifically to meet the needs of UE students.
The concept includes modern townhouse-style apartments with private bedrooms, contemporary living spaces, and structured parking, creating a safe and convenient living environment for students. Because of its proximity to campus, the project could function as a natural extension of the University’s housing ecosystem and help meet ongoing demand for quality off-campus accommodations.
