General Retail For Lease
The Collective is housed in the revitalized historic Farm House Motel. Originally constructed in 1953, the revitalized Farm House will welcome visitors and showcase the best Riverside has to offer. Farm House Collective offers 15 spaces for local eateries, small retail outposts, and a large garden in a mix of restored motel buildings, creative retail kiosks, and new vernacular architecture. These unique spaces are paired with beautiful outdoor gathering spaces, quiet nooks with firepits and swings, and ample dining terraces. Farm House is an evolution of the food hall concept with an emphasis on community gathering and programming aimed at creating a social hub for the Riverside community and visitors.
