**This is a sublease. There is not a solid wall separting this space from the other. The seperation comes from the pallet racking. Because of this, there are some limitations as to what kind of business can occupy the space. The business can not create dust or excessive dirt and should not create much noise.
The building owner does not allow any type of auto repair or body work.
