We are conveniently located in Howell, MI with easy access to I-96.  We are unique in the market by allowing the flexibility of short term month-to-month storage contracts at a fixed rate, with 30 days notice to end, wihout a multi-year NNN lease.   

Our 24,000 Sq. Ft warehouse has a fully sprinkled fire suppression system. Meets National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.  It has light, heat and water with bathrooms and office space.  We have an overhead 30-ton crane and a 50,000 lb forklift to move heavy materials. 

Our configuration and unique equipment allow us to provide services not found elsewhere in southeast Michigan. We specialize in receiving international shipments of Automotive stamping dies, as well as serving other heavy equipment storage and shipments. Space is also great for E-commerce storage, automotive or operating a small business. Loading dock available for FedEx/UPS. Businesses that need excess area to store machinery, equipment or old parts that you require extra storage space. We offer cross-docking storage along with access to semi-trucks for pick-up and delivery options.
