This spacious, quiet, professional office center is ideally located just east of Colorado Mills Mall on Colfax Ave. The Golden Hill Office Center sits perched atop a hill overlooking Golden and boasts panoramic mountain views from our suite on the 3rd floor. The office is easily accessible from a variety of locations around the Denver Metro area, and has plentiful, free parking. There are no other buildings around it and very little traffic congestion in this part of town. The building has many amenities, including a cafe, a very well-equipped gym, a conference room available at no charge for group events, and a beautiful outdoor amphitheater. The outdoor space leads to walking trails through a quiet neighborhood. The building is meticulously maintained and well decorated. The on site property management is friendly and very responsive. The suite itself has four rooms total. I am using one for my massage/craniosacral/yoga business, and there is a personal counselor in another. The two other rooms are currently available. Both measure approximately 145 square feet (9’8ā€ by 15’). One has large windows facing northwest with sweeping views of the foothills and South and North Table Mountain. The other has equally large windows facing into the atrium of the building; still plenty of natural light but somewhat less of a view. There is a fully furnished lobby within the suite, and a kitchenette with sink, fridge, and microwave. Bathrooms are around the corner from our suite. We would love to find another health professional, but also welcome anyone who is quiet and respectful of the shared space. I am looking for a year long lease commitment or more, but I’m open to discussion. The fourth room is currently being built out; the space will be fully finished by early April and will be ready for move in between April 1-15.
