Pacific Dental signed a new ten-year lease in Suite 102 consisting of 3,200 SF, Joe Doucett of Boise Advisors represented the Tenant in this transaction. Lastly, Mo'Bettas signed a new ten-year lease in Suite 103 consisting of 2,600 SF where LeAnn Hume, Andrea Nilson and Julie Kissler represented both the Landlord and Tenant in this transaction. Construction of the new 7,150 RSF multi-tenant center is underway and will add complimentary services to this already strong retail hub in Nampa, Idaho.
