Description of Coworking Space

TownPark Commons is a campus-style office development featuring four, 4-story, Class-A buildings, each with approximately 85,000 square feet of rentable space. The buildings surround a beautifully landscaped courtyard on 22 wooded acres in the central portion of TownPark, a 243-acre master planned business park in north central Cobb County.  Building Design: The exterior is a combination of architectural pre-cast, natural color concrete spandrel panels with continuous, full height, passive solar, blue-green tinted glass and anodized aluminum curtain wall system.
