Preliminary drawings had a office, closet and bathroom on the first floor and the second floor had 7 treatment room/ offices 2 closets and the bathroom. Both bathroom have urinals, for unisex bathrooms. Which all can be changed to fit the new tenant/ tenants. So, I'm ready to start leasing say for March/ April completion. Seeing we are getting closer to winter we need some warm weather to get the foundation installed then the rest with be  depending upon weather. But, we should be go looking into April.
