The Community Environmental Council has completed its buildout of their new downtown Santa Barbara Headquarters and are looking for a tenant to occupy an upstairs suite adjacent to theirs. The original building was built in the 1930’s and retains much of its original architectural character, but has been fully renovated and reimagined to facilitate the vision for CEC’s role in the Santa Barbara community and beyond. An ideal tenant would be a non-profit that could benefit from a symbiotic relationship with the CEC, but the space has a private entrance and can stand alone for an independent tenant as well.
