You will find gallery quality artwork hung throughout the 5,126 square feet of office space as well as an aquarium, coffee/tea nook, beautiful planter boxes, mail/package area, and high-end touches all throughout the space. Management works on-site, so the space is always kept up/cleaned and mail and packages are always sorted.

This area has two main attractions – an extensive park system and a boutique retail area. Leschi and Frink parks are interconnected and span down the hillside towards the lake. Offering terrific views, manicured greenspaces, playgrounds, extensive hiking trails and boat moorage – you can explore from land to lake.
The business district also gives you several dining options – Daniel’s Broiler, BluWater, and Pablo y Pablo, that offer water views and/or outdoor dining. Stop at Starbucks for a coffee or the Leschi Market for picnic fare and wander along the water or up into the neighborhood.
