Located in the heart of Washington’s “Golden Triangle” (Central Business District), the Bender Building is located on the northwest corner of Connecticut Avenue & L Streets, NW.  It is in close proximity to world-class hotels, restaurants and shopping.  Tenants are also permitted free use and access to the newly remodeled tenant-only fitness center located on the 2nd floor, which has towel service and private showers.
