Originally constructed in 1949 by FIrst National Bank of Amarillo. FNB occupied 7 Floors, with the remainder of the building being occupied by Shamrock Oil & Gas. In 1978, FNB sold the property to Diamond Shamrock where it operated its Corporate HQ until the late 90's. In 2000, the Tidmore Family purchased the property and has owned and operated it since then.
