Very inexpensive space, in a very nice office building, "seeing is believing". Large garden entrances in front and rear walk-in garden entrances, rear and side parking, lots of exposure, clean building with all professional office users in place. Can accommodate 6 + employees Price is Good, as for what you get... This is a Gross Basis Lease.
