The United 240 will have a 1-mile-long walking/running track in the center of the development.  The interior roads are 60' wide with 20' reserved for the walkers and runners.  Currently, the development is adjacent to S.I.T.L.A. which can house a solar farm for the power needs of the community.  At the entrance, the community has 20 acres reserved for a clubhouse and recreational park for all community residents to enjoy.  Prior to entering the United 240 is the location of the Triple T Ranch which supplies fresh farm raised meats and dairy products weekly. United 240 is also set to have storage facilities, boat and RV parking in addition to the clubhouse and recreational park and is set up to be the healthy family lifestyle solution for residents seeking peace, tranquility, health and fresh air.
