We have three individual offices available. Office one is our largest interior space at approximately five hundred square feet, and rents for eight hundred seventy five dollars a month. It does not have a window. Office two is bright and sunny with its own window, seven hundred fifty dollars a month. And office three, also seven hundred fifty dollars a month, is another comfortable interior space. Rent one, rent two, or take over all three, it's entirely up to you. Each office is designed as a private, single person workspace.
Every tenant gets full access to the shared spaces that make this building truly special. There's a large conference room that seats ten to fifteen around the table comfortably, or converts to arena style seating for twenty to thirty people, perfect for trainings, seminars, or client events. There's a dedicated green room for content creators who need a clean background for filming. And there's a gorgeous reception area with wingback chairs and a softly running fountain, the kind of detail that makes clients exhale the moment they walk in.
We also have a receptionist on site from nine to three to help answer phones and greet your guests. Utilities, internet, and all shared amenities are fully included in your rent. The only thing you'll ever pay extra for are your own photocopies, black and white or color.
