Crestview Tower is the most visible and accessible option for tenants who desire a high-rise office tower in the Urban Center. In June 2010, ownership completed a $1M capital renovation. Throughout the public spaces at Crestview Tower new design elements were introduced to unify and complement the existing limestone walls. A new large format silver colored porcelain tile provides a crisp new floor surface while existing maple wall panels were enhanced with a chocolate stained that anchors the space.
