I’m reaching out on behalf of our congregation, as we currently have worship space available and are prayerfully looking to share it with another church or ministry serving the community. Our sanctuary comfortably seats up to 150 people and is available Sunday evenings after 5 PM, or Saturday afternoons, and up to two additional days during the week. More than simply renting space, our heart is to form a ministry partnership that supports your church’s growth and impact. To make things as easy and sustainable as possible, the space includes: Sanctuary: A ready-to-use space equipped with comfortable seating and a podium. Audio/Visual: Access to a professional sound system Educational Facilities: 3 dedicated classroom spaces for children’s ministry or small groups. Storage: Limited storage space available for your ministry’s equipment. Parking: Ample parking capacity for 40 vehicles. Additional Services & Optional Add-Ons: Fellowship Area: Access to the gathering and connection space is available for an additional fee. Pastoral Office: A private room is available for pastoral counseling or administrative use for an additional fee. The monthly cost is $3,500, which includes utilities and use of the facilities. We’re also open to discussing a short trial period to ensure it’s a great fit for both of our congregations. I noticed your church has active evening gatherings. Christian Education Wing: Three (3) dedicated classroom spaces, ideal for children’s ministry, youth groups, or adult small-group discipleship. Ministry Storage: Limited on-site storage space to securely house your ministry’s essential equipment, communion supplies, or signs. Ample Parking: A large, easily accessible parking lot with a capacity for 40 vehicles, ensuring a smooth arrival experience for your congregants. Available Schedule Windows We are offering generous, consistent time slots to allow your community to build a reliable routine: Saturdays: Afternoon windows available. Sundays: Evening services and gatherings after 5:00 PM. Weekdays: Up to two (2) additional days during the week for mid-week prayer, Bible studies, or leadership meetings. Optional Ministry Add-Ons To further accommodate your church’s unique administrative and fellowship needs, the following amenities can be added for an additional fee: Fellowship & Connection Area: Access to a dedicated gathering space perfect for post-service hospitality, coffee hours, or community events. Private Pastoral Office: A quiet, professional private room ideal for pastoral counseling, administrative work, or prayer. ???
