Welcome to Balance RVA, Virginia's only wellness based coworking center. Winner of "Best of Henrico" for 2022, 2023 and 2024, we offer traditional coworking amenities such as conference rooms, high-end A/V equipment, commercial grade printing and blazing fast WIFI (including back-up satellite internet for any power/ISP outages) - as well as 25+ wellness services offered through our on-site community consisting of holistic heath care providers. We have 31 private offices ranging in size from 81 sq to 144 sq ft, offering a variety of features including built-in cabinetry, windows and private sinks. Office prices range from $550/mo - $1,850/mo.
We welcome both general coworking members and small business owners, in addition to health care providers looking to reduce their overhead. Our private offices serve as a convenient space to see patients/guests, catch up on office work or have private meetings. We pride ourselves on being a diverse, inclusive and welcoming community.
Office prices include all amenities. There are no additional fees for parking, printing, use of conference rooms etc. All our memberships are Month-to-Month (30 days notice to cancel), and we offer discounts for optional 6-Month and 12-Month agreements.
