CASCADE KITCHENS is a multi-vendor food hall and shared-use kitchen.  The guiding vision for the Project is to provide affordable kitchen space for food vendors and offer high quality, novel meal options for residents and visitors to the South Shore. 

Cascade Kitchens is well positioned to serve both locals and visitors and will be designed as an experiential space that encourages gatherings and fun. The front of house will include a quick service market, cafe, five food vendors and a bar. There will be seating indoors and outdoors in a covered (and heated) patio. 

The outdoor space includes an area for food trucks, lawn games and secured bike parking and has potential to host live music and events in the evenings and weekends.

There will be a take-out station near the main entrance to allow for efficient pick up of to-go orders, either by customers or delivery services. The back of house provides additional shared kitchen and storage space with flexible rental terms that allow caterers, food trucks, start-up or growing businesses access to a full commercial kitchen as needed without over committing to an independent space.
