Commercial Kitchen work station within an existing stand-alone Food Court on a desirable stretch of NJ Highway 35 that provides excellent visibility and drive-in traffic. The space includes a 12 foot grease exhaust hood, power and gas hook-ups, and the required sinks.
We have all necessary permits, inspections and licenses . . . once you set-up your space, you may begin cooking. We oversee the front of the house. Our cashiers take walk-in customers and phone orders, and deal with delivery drivers. We also have limited seating, although the majority of our business is take-out and delivery. Tenants also prepare Catering orders within the space.
In addition to their individual work stations, our tenants share a walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area. We require a one year commitment, however several of our tenants have been in business for several years.
