BRDG PARK is a post-incubation, wet laboratory and office building in the heart of 39 North. It is one of three buildings in the ag tech research park. BRDG PARK is also known as the Bio-Research & Development Growth Park at the Danforth Center to support the needs of life science companies. In 2010, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council.
