This 631 acre portfolio is the largest assemblage of land along the US 27 corridor in Polk County, with great access to the I-4 corridor and Orlando. The land is a mix of uplands, wetlands and surface water bodies, information and studies available. Traffic volumes along US 27 range from 48,000 to 65,000 AADT. Traffic volumes of SR 344 in excess of 13,000. Development rights ensured through the approved Haines City annexation agreement in 2024.
