Boxes made specifically for moving are designed for the loading and transportation of materials. Professional moving companies will usually supply these to you at an additional charge. If you plan on having the moving company provide these, theyll need to come to your home prior to the move so they can determine how many boxes theyll need; as well as, the sizes to be used. It is important to note that if youll be packing yourself or providing your moving company with the boxes to be used, this is an area where paying a little more will be worth it in the long run. The quality of a box can usually be directly correlated with its price, so if you plan on transporting valuable goods, make sure they have a proper temporary home for the delivery process. You should aim to only use high-quality boxes that have been designed specifically for moving.
