A virtual office offers another option for those searching for ready-made workspace. Like an executive suite, a virtual office provides an individual or company with a professionally outfitted workspace. Many of the amenities and shared facilities (such as conference rooms and kitchens) are also available for virtual offices. The major difference between the two types of office space is the amount of use.

 

An executive suite is a fulltime office facility which serves as your companys de facto office for the entire term of your lease (and longer if you choose to renew). A virtual office, however, is not available for fulltime, everyday use. You would use a virtual office as needed, similarly to the way that you would reserve a meeting space. You could reserve a virtual office for one day a week, one day a month or even one day a year.
